People who know me, know that I'm not a fan of the masses. I react to my surroundings instead of act.  
 
I had an absolute miserable work day and out of character, I let it get to me and ruin the entire day. I was tired and cranky and shouldn't have left the house after work but I did.  
 
While in the lineup at Sobey's, I almost backed my cart into the cart behind it so I apologized to the person behind me.(I was miserable, not a complete ass). The guy was so upbeat, smiling, "no worries", etc. I told him I hate when people are nice to me when I'm miserable. (Let me be miserable! AT HOME).  
 
This guy kept me laughing the entire time I waited in line. He entertained a few of us. I was still laughing while walking to my car.  
 
Bad mood lifted 8pm. Now where was he at 8:05 AM?  
 
So, just THANKS to nice people. Sometimes your kindness makes a difference in someone's day!
