Revenge Question

I want to get revenge on a fellow who screwed around with my ps3. IT DOESN'T WORK NO MORE! it use to, but not no more.
He took parts from it(when he was suppose to fix it) he even asked for $40.00
I wasn't able to test it out to see if he fixed it...when I recieved it back.
Was thinking of taking this. And smashing it through his living room window. What do you think? With a letter, thanks for ruining this you ass!
Estimated value, $500 ps3.(at the time of purchase) vs living room window. Fair? Or not fair?
