To Move Or Not To Move...

Me and my bf are considering moving to alberta. We love the area, and think there would be more job opportunities there compared to Brandon... We both are having bad luck with jobs (terms, or seasonal work etc) We can't seem to get a hold of a permanent full-time good paying job in our fields of work. My work is high competition, and I went to school for 2 years for it and his he needs his papers to advance. We were thinking of moving out to alberta, taking out a small loan to get on our feet or just stay with family out there for a bit. Or we might just stick it out here but things are looking slim, we're tired of the bad luck. Anyone had any similar situations? Or any advice?
