English to Spanish translation software?

I'm wanting to compose a 'Spanish' email and was wondering if anyone has used any downloadable English to Spanish translations.
I know there are many websites with common translations and phrases, but I am wondering if there is any preferred, reliable software that will translate a complete English message into Spanish.
Any help is appreciated.
