First of all I will apologise to Adam because I know he does not like to have "lost and found" items on the discussion board ... I am hoping he will consider this a little different.  
 
We have friends who live south of Souris who have bought spring calves to winter. On Thursday night a large number were spooked and on the run ... all but five have been found but seeing as this is 80+ hours later they could be anywhere from Brandon to the American border by now. EBrandon has such a wide readership I thought maybe someone out there has seen stray calves on the move. (I am sure they would not have crossed the Souris or Assiniboine River.) These could be black, red or Simmental looking calves weighing about 400 lbs.
