So I would like some advice here... I have never started a conversation before but I am fuming mad (still), here is my situation.  
 
My son wanted to go to a camp this past summer, we enrolled him 2nd week of July, we got a message left on our answering machine saying it was cancelled , that they had to move him to another week, well he was scheduled for surgery 3rd week of July (got a Dr. note form the Dr.)and was pretty much out of comission for the rest of the summer (he was upset), I called them back explained our situation she said fine we'll reimburse you she just had to bring it up to the board of directors. OK fine end of July comes I call back... yes we'll get a cheque out to you middle of Aug, time comes and goes no cheque, I call back and get the same speel only now it is Sept we have to wait for, well Sept comes and is gone along with Oct and guess what no cheque and she never answered any of my calls until today when I blocked my #. So again she tells me she has to again go through the board of directors to get me a cheque sent out, by now I am fuming mad, 4 months same story, I THINK NOT, then she says they are a non profit organization and do not have the funds to reimburse me... well now the truth comes out, they are holding a sale this Sat to get the money to give to me and if I like I can come to the sale and buy something to support myself... OMG is she freaking kidding me??? If she had of reimbursed me in the summer instead of giving us the run around she would of had the funds instead of taking our cash (by our I mean mine and my sons portion)so I told her I have everything I need to go to small claims court, the reciept the Dr. note saying he can't be involved, my cashed cheque printed off. So I guess I am kinda Venting and just wondering if they have done this to anyone else out there and if maybe I am just being unreasonable, I don't think I am, and you'd think she'd want to keep a good name.  
Feedback and suggestions on this will be greatly appreciated I don't believe she should be able to scam parents like this, no where on the form that I have read over & over does it say no reimbursements... HE HAD SURGERY.
