Now lets pretend I am stupid. Ok ya I am at times. That saying you get what you pay for rings in my ears from 100 people a thousand times and I get it.  
Yet I also trust brand names.  
 
It boils down to costs. Myself I think the best and most cost efficient laundry detergent was Tide when they had those Tabs.  
 
Anyways thats history but I needed some detergent and the ex was sold on Tide.  
Short on coin this week I bought "old Dutch"  
2 litres for 2.97. Its a concentrate good for 50 loads. Old dutch is/was a good product in my past but not as a laundry product.  
 
Is tide at 8.97 to 11.97 for roughly the same loads worth it?? Did I buy glorified dish washing soap?
