Problems with Automotive extended warranty

In July 10, I purchased a new vehicle from a dealer in Brandon. I traded in my old vehicle which was covered by an extended automotive warranty. I informed them I did not want this(Extended automotive warranty) anymore and did not want to transfer it on to my new vehicle. It was never used and I did not even run out of the Warranty on the vehicle I traded in. I cancelled my policy and requested a refund. I have not got a reply nor a cheque. I have contacted the dealer and basically have been given the run around. The refund would be in the neighborhood of $799.00. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of what step to take next? On a side note if it takes this long for a refund imagine how long it will take for them to pay for any repairs to your vehicle. Thanks in advance for your replies.
