Lets see if this jog some memories.Only thing I ask is that we not list any restaurants from the city of Brandon they have had there thread here at times and more then likely will again some day. Western Mb restaurants will be fine. So let me get the ball rolling.  
Remember when your phone was on a party line and your number would go something like this 808r31.For us out in the southwest corner this phone was phased out in the late seventies then we went to the rotary phone. I believe in the city of Brandon it was a lot sooner.A business that is still operating today under a different name but at one time it was called Hooker Chemicals.I believe it was in the eighties when they changed from this name. Not even sure what this plant is called now.Remember when Nestle chocolate milk came in a rectangular can.
