Christmas Bonuses, did you get one?

So fellow Brandonites, how did you fair this year from your employers.
Did you/didn't you get a Christmas bonus? If so, what kind of things did you employer do for a bonus.
Business owners/managers, what are your thoughts on the Christmas bonus?
