So, about three weeks ago, a friend and I were driving across the 18th street bridge when we had a nice little spin out. NOTE: i was not the one driving. Anyways, when the accident happened.. he never stopped ! he just kept driving and took me home! Since then i'd been having a lot of problems with headaches and my neck had been sore. I found out i do have bad whiplash and that i'm going to be out of work.  
I talked to him, and he refuses to report anything to the police and autopac (we're not friends anymore.. at all!) calling me a pathetic wimp, and won't file so I can claim for my physio !  
So my question is, is there anything I can do? Can i go down and make a statement? And give them his information? I can't be out of work! Help!
