Air Canada Unaccompanied Minor Program

WestJet used to do it, have an escort to fly with your child and deliver them to your contact at the airport. But apparently, they changed their program back in 2008 and don't do it anymore.
This would have been my first choice, as Air Canada makes me very nervous (bad experiences).
Has anyone ever used this program to fly their child somewhere?
