Average Price Of Renting

OUt of curiousity because I don't usually read the Brandon Sun, what are the price ranges for renting apartments or homes in Bdn? Ofcourse it would depend on the area and space. My first apartment I rented was a nice west ender, 2 bedroom with a balcony for $475 in about 1995.
