I can't believe the attitude of a twenty something employee at a mall store today. I was having not too bad of a day and browsing for trinkets when I go down an aisle and this employee is on a ladder loading boxes received from the ground employee. Well for everyone to hear this employee is yelling clear profanities and complaining in a whiny voice. A few looked startled and left except I stayed. The employee continued profanities. When I went up to pay I told the cashier about this rude employee's behavior and she nodded and said no one wants to work with this person. I said it was bad for business and was willing to take my business elsewhere after today and mentioned that a few other customers had left, not before giving rude employee a look. I certainly hope the cashier talks to the manager about this as customers and employees were put off by this. That is my vent for the day!
