I just got a phone claiming that they were offering me a better interest rate on my current credit card. It was a automated voice sounding very simular to the "Winning a Vacation" They Said and I will try to quote..."We are calling about your current credit card account, there is no problem with your credit card. However if you want a lower interest rate please press 1 or to not get anymore calls press 3." You call and give your number and bingo they have what they need. They do not indentify themselves nor does a number come up on your phone.
