Well it seems the Corruption train just won't stop rolling into the Tory Station.  
 
cbc has broken a story about Chuck Cadman's posthumously released book in which Cadman claims the Conservatives under Harper offered the terminally ill MP a 1 Million dollar life insurance policy if he voted to bring down the government in spring 2005.  
 
at the same time Mulroney is saying that just because he took $300,000.00 in cash in an envelope from one of the worlds most corrupt business men days after (and Schrieber say before) he left office it was just a simple business deal. never mind the fact he denied ever meeting the man and sued the Canadian govt for suggesting he had. of course the suit was settled out of court to the tune of 2 million dollars. Money that Mulroney has stated he will not return even though he lied!!!!  
 
Seems to me that the stink corruption in Ottawa on both the Libs and the Cons side of the floor is so prevalent that you might want to cover your nose whenever you step east of thunder bay.  
 
But hey Westman why let that stop you from showing overwhelming support for a tory backbencher like Merv (I got nuthin) Tweed!!!!!
