I live just outside of town and have been using Inet wireless highspeed service.  
 
Got notified that the cost has gone up from $45 a month to over $60 a month with no real change in the service.  
 
I have two questions.  
 
First, are there any alternatives to Inet for high speed in rural areas and secondly, do companies like Inet have to have increases approved by the Public Utilties Board?
