Can someone explain to me how the passport process works if I go into the passport office in Winnipeg?
Do I need to already have our passport photos done and with me?
Do we fill out applications there, or before we go?
I applied for my kids passports through the mail, it was a hassel and took forever. I'd like to do mine the easiest way.
