Same thought each year.

We've had some days of reasonable weather &, same as every other year, I've seen what I consider to be a child - a girl, perhaps 8 or 9 years old wearing sweat pants with "ANGEL" on the rear end / butt. I wonder each time I see this why any parent would buy these for their child or, even if they've been given, let her wear them.
This was a beginning-to-develop girl. There are enough "not-very-well" people in the community that I'd have thought the LAST thing a parent would want would be attention drawn to a daughter's rear-end.
Other thoughts on this?
