KD - Fork (Canadian) or a Spoon (American)?

I noticed recently that Kraft's "Kraft Dinner" in Canada shows a picture on the box of it being eaten with a Fork while Krafts "Macaroni and Cheese" on it's US box show it eaten with a Spoon. It's the same stuff of course - only different in name and method of consumption.
I prefer it with a Spoon which apparently is the American way to eat it!
How do Ebrandonites eat KD, the Canadian/fork way or the American/Spoon way?
