How much would a parking spot cost to rent someone's driveway etc. summer & winter . Thanks

Are you looking to rent a spot? Or to rent out a spot. We rent out spots during the school year to university students as we are very close to the school and we charge $20 per month. That includes a place to plug during the winter months and ensuring the spot is cleared.
