Just came down 34th street and some idiot was riding on top of a car roof lying down. How would these people feel is said person fell off the roof and landed under some innocent persons car. Think before you ruin peoples lives.

Made me think back about ten years ago I was at small town social. there was 2 guys hood surfing and about 10 ppl in the box of truck. I wasn't going fast cops came around the corner lights came on and everyone bailed just me and a passenger. they checked made sure I wasn't drunk behind the wheel laughed and said "I know you weren't going fast and u guys are having fun but just don't let them ride on the hood have a good night" no ticket and let me go pick up everyone in the box of truck this time. To take them to a house party those were the days. now it be big ticket lose ur licence! and in the city lots of traffic is crazy lol
