I work as a CSR at a local business...where that is doesn't matter. But I just want to remind people that when you phone in to yell, it's usually people like myself on the other end of that call. I'm sorry if trying my best to help you isn't enough, I really am, but please there is no reason to yell at me.
Today alone I've been told that I am a moron, that I don't know how to do my job, that I was a horrible person etc. Keep in mind I've been at my job for 3 years now, and I was doing everything I could. You wouldn't like hearing anything like that, and neither do I.
I doubt the people involved will see this, but just as a reminder to everyone else out there. Sure there are times when the service sucks but don't take your personal frustrations out on the people who are genuinely trying to help you. And if you are truly as upset as you sound please speak to my manager…just like I suggested, they have more authority then I do!!
