Depends on the brand names. If it is like "Second Suit" in Vancouver, catering to trendy young adults, people working their way up in professions or people looking for nice wear for an evening out...you could be in trouble here. Not a large enough demographic to cover that.  
From people I know, you are looking at the lululemon population and the guys between 30-45 who are obsessed with brand name jeans not available here (like New Religion).  
So basically women ages 18-45 and guys 30-45. Yeah, strange mix.  
Good luck with your store. It will be nice to see some alternatives.

I personally do not care about the Brand Name.  
 
Second hand clothes I care abut the price, selection, and fit!  
 
Size wise in my home we are soon to be newborn all the way to 3xl! age wise again new born to 80! male and female!  
 
Price wise I personally walk out of Value Village and MCC! 90% of their prices are out to lunch!

I think that with the high population of university kids, there is a market for not necessarily name brand, but more high end, better quality used clothing. I know lots of guys and girls in the age range 18-29 that are willing to spend a little more money on quality used clothing, something kind of like Abby Rose, but with clothing for men as well.
