If you could go back in time!

If you were given a chance to go back in time at your certain age and condition, and continue your life from that time, with all the experience that you have now, do you choose to go back? what age or time do you choose?

I would go back to when I was 18 and tell myself to get my butt to Ontario to study midwifery! (and also not to date the butthead)

Not a chance, sure there is stuff I wish I did differently when I was younger but I wouldn't risk changing how things are today. I know some of the stupid stuff I did has led me to this exact point in my life so I can't really regret it.

I'd go back to the late 1970's, find Bill Gates and loan him $5000 to start a computer business. Then I'd go find Steve Jobs and do the same thing.

I'm not absolutely sure that I would go back, but if I did, I would probably choose to be twelve or thirteen years old again.

I would have stayed in the room, massaging her feet, telling her how much she means to me, how awesome a wife and mother she is, that she was my whole world and would never take her for granted again.

Oh...how I miss her.

No regrets, shit happens for a reason and all of it shapes us into the people we are today.
In that sentiment, remember that we're all expendable and we all have an expiration date. None of us know where or when or why, so don't go to bed angry, tell the people the truth always, love the people to the fullest, do everything you've ever wanted to, and never forget to wear clean underwear.

In 1996 or even sooner, I should have straightened out my life & taken in my Dear Mother to live with me so I could have given her love & affection she really needed. That is one of my deepest regrets to date............

I don't know that I'd want to go back in time, so much as I'd like to be able to see my "alternate realities," where I would be if I had made different choices in my past.

Unless of course I can take winning lottery numbers with me into the past...

.. go back to when my dad was alive so I could get to know him better, I would stay in university instead of dropping out and I would go back and delete the first 2 relationships I had... for starters..

Its a great age, you have life experience, know the difference between good choices and bad, have an established career, $$, and still young enough to travel the world, and then in a few years if you choose, settle down and start a family, to me those were the prime years of my life. I would stay 35 forever.
