Chimo beach.

Good morning hope all is well. I was just curious as to who may live year round out at Chimo beach just outside rivers and how you like it? any negatives? positives? hows the well water? and rivers as a community? My wife and I purchased 2 acres in a new sub division at Chimo and will be building out there in about 2 years. We spend a lot of time at rivers in the summer camping/fishing/boating so were quite familiar with the lake. We will be commuting to Brandon for work but more or less exclusively using rivers as our home town. We are quite excited to say the least. but thought it would be good to acquire some more information from people that live there.
