What are positives & negatives I have done some research .But would also like some feedback . Thanks

Sorry I don't have constructive feedback as I don't live there. I just thought I would google it to find where it is. One thing I can think of is if you are buying a place what is the chances of resale value. You are literally in the middle of nowhere. What would roads be like. You're sort of between two larger highways. I would hate to run out of something out there. Cost of living may be higher due to the distance to travel. If you have children what is there for them?

A place that is between Killarney and Cartwright.  
It is not in a desolate place.  
I am sure that a few people there have small acreages and keep a few livestock.  
The roads are no different than any other well maintained(plowed) in Manitoba.

said it accurately, " a place that is between killarney and cartwright " It would be quiet and peaceful i would think. no stores, no restaurants, no businesses at all. If that's what you like i hope things go well for you.

we drove out there On Sunday there are about 15-20 houses so pretty peaceful I'm not much of a socializer so it was very quiet just perfect for me .

....my place is a mile off the Holmfield road (PR 458) and I love it....I'd be happy to share any information or questions that you have...

Are great, paved I believe right up to the town coming off of highway 3. Close to Killarney so you're not exactly without amenities or services. There's a lot worse places to live that's for sure

prov. gov. ripped out the pavement a few years ago, so it's all gravel roads. Pretty good gravel roads though.
