Anyone have any experience with watercolour tattoos locally? Who does them? Experience? I will check portfolios as well...

Adams Body Art on Facebook or stop in and look at the artists portfolios. There is a female artist currently working there and she had some photos of water colour tattoos that she completed.

Eleni at metamorphis tattoo in Winnipeg specializes in water color and does an amazing job! If you have Instagram it's worth a check @LENI_XOXO
