Winter Fair Clydesdale Rocking Horse?

This is probably a shot in the dark but I am looking for whomever made the Clydesdale rocking horse and had it displayed at the Winter Fair years ago. I said back then I would get one when I had a child of my own and now I do and she's at the perfect age for a rocking horse. But not just any horse will do. If anyone knows of someone who makes a heavy horse specific rocking horse and has displayed them at the Winter Fair please let me know. I would really love to get my daughter one from the gentleman that I met those years ago
