I'd choose richer.  
I'm fine with my weight and looks for the most part. Obviously I'm human and feel like some things could be better, but nothing too major.  
I have a good amount of education, and feel like I'm pretty smart in area's that really interest me. Of course I'm the type that would love to go back to university, as I'm always up to learning more. But that said, I can't afford to go back to school, so being richer would solve that, among other things I'd like to do.  
I'd love to travel more, especially with my kids. I'd love to be able to do more for my kids in general, like sign them up for more of the activities that they would like to try, but we are on a very tight budget in our household, so there are not always a lot of options. So, being richer would allow be to achieve some of these things. We always have nice clothing and enough food on the table, so money is certainly not an issue, but having more of it would definitely allow us more freedom.  

richer.  
money doesn't buy happiness but it makes it easier to pay for other things.

but Health would be important to me.
