It's a nice little campground.  
 
Pros  
Very close to RMNP but much cheaper than staying in the park.  
Pretty good bathroom with showers onsite that is kept clean.  
There is a cook shack.  
Sites are mostly pull through and mix of gravel and did most of them.  
Outskirts of town, pretty quiet.  
Fun!  
 
Cons  
Not too many but there are not a tonne of trees. Some noise from the highway but never bothered us. Playground is not real great.  
 
Honestly good place to camp

We are getting a seasonal there this year. The father Inlaw has a cabin in rmnp, so it's a good choice financially but we don't know much else about it. We had heard there isn't much shade so we will keep that in mind! We really like clear lake and all the activities so I think it will be nice to be close to all that but away from the noise.  
 
I'm pretty sure my husband was told they're putting in a new playground this year (not that we need it but it will be nice for others!!)
