bungy cords

I don't know about anybody else out there but I sure am seeing alot of the cords on the roads and highways lately with having to swerve to miss them as they don't puncture my tires. If you ask me I think they should be outlawed and replaced with tie down straps properly secured. Not only do you have to watch pedestrians and other vehicles and people crossing in meridians and now these cords and other yard debris.
