So yesterday got a call from the Downs org about making a donation, gives me the sales spiel and that and while she is on the line I am checking back thru my mails, because I thought I had made a donation already this year, but couldn't see it, so because I always donate to this org, I said ok so then after switching to the girl who deals with the payments, I'm still looking through mails only to find, after I had made a donation of $30 that I had indeed made a donation of $25 in June. This was happening before, because I would get a call from the Ab office and then another one from Mb anyway that's it now these people have messed it up for the people who need it I'm done
