The former provincial government privatised what used to be known as "Land Titles". They are a for profit operation, so there''s no way they would let us search the database for free,
If you look on the site, it says "A service provider for the province..."
I''m not sure of the terms of the deal, or if there''s a limit on price increases, etc...but I''ve done a few searches, and it it more expensive every time I go back.
