What you're probably looking for is a paid search of land titles. I've always done them in person at their office on Princess (cost is somewhere around $20).... but I believe there might now be some info online at https://www.tprmb.ca/tol re doing searches online. Maybe somebody that's used can expand on that option. " |

The former provincial government privatised what used to be known as "Land Titles". They are a for profit operation, so there''s no way they would let us search the database for free,
If you look on the site, it says "A service provider for the province..."
I''m not sure of the terms of the deal, or if there''s a limit on price increases, etc...but I''ve done a few searches, and it it more expensive every time I go back.
