Would anyone know what some possible snow removal options would be for my mother?  
 
She lives in Souris and her driveway exits into a back lane that has yet to be plowed since our first big snowfall. No one can get their vehicles out of their driveways on their street including my grandmother who lives next door. The city has told her they will NOT be plowing because it is up to the construction company building in front of them (on main street) to clear the snow. The company has said it's up to the town.  
 
Can anyone recommend someone who moves snow? It's been weeks since they've been able to come into town for appointments and groceries.
