There probably should be an entire heading for current and on going scams to be aware of, it is sick.
Never respond, it just multiplies your chances of getting more scam mails from different emails.
And it does not matter if you have ever had an account with a company listed in a scam email or not - we are getting ones from our bank lately that are freakishly "real" looking, but tell tale signs of phishing are there - you have to really scrutinize each one and delete if it is a fake.
And of course NEVER EVER open an email with a zip file attached (unless you know the person and are expecting one)
