In my experience, you should be looking at open job postings and apply if you can do the job (with some accommodation, if necessary). Applying generically at businesses usually gets your resume placed in a pile that may or may not be looked at. You should tailor every resume/cover letter to every job you apply for. No offense, but your question seems very loaded - Eecol would be discriminating your disability if they were to tell you nope, you can't do any job here..but they also may not be recruiting for any jobs at this time. My advise is to only apply for posted positions before the posting close dates.
