Just wondering it anyone has any suggestions for outerwear that is waterproof enough that a person could kneel down on a really wet surfaces, and yet be able to breathe so that you don't get wet from the inside when your working.

I think Gore-Tex is the fabric that claims to be both waterproof and breathable. Maybe contact one of the outdoor-type stores like A&L Cycle or Cabella's in Winnipeg to see if they have clothing like this.

Cute name, but they work. When I'm motorcycling in the rain, water will pool on the seat and nothing gets through. It does breathe so you don't sweat while wearing them. The jacket part has a hood that I wear under my helmet so water doesn't roll off the helmet and down the inside of the jacket. Some bikers with exposed exhaust pipes don't use Frogg Toggs because hot pipes will melt this material very quickly. Not sure about local availability, but many motorcycle shops can get them for you. We've bought at Headingley Sport, and they always seem to have a good selection of sizes.

Now just got to figure out which on fits my budget. Needed something to wear through calving time that maybe I could just hose down when I end up really mucky, and stay dry while working.
