modular homes are great and very well built nowadays . They have every convenience you want and all on one floor . We are on our third one and love living in one . Living in a mobile home park is really no different than living in a house , the lots are the same size usually ,you can have a garage , garden and fence as a rule. Talk to the landlord and they will give you lots of info .
