Cow loose east of Carberry, #1 hwy east

We saw a white colored cow wondering along the edge of a field, along the west bound lane of the Trans-Canada, 3 miles east of Carberry at about 9:30 PM.
We tried to alert someone close by, but everyone seems to be gone.
I am hoping by posting this, that the owner can be located and the cow caught before something bad may happen.
Please, no bashing. These things happen. Just trying to let someone around there know.
