We have some landscaping stones along the side of our house. We added polished stones we have collected on our travels.On Tuesday evening my husband heard some kids beside the house. He investigated and found they had picked up some of the stones and were looking at them. He told them to put them back. Shortly after he saw them heading down the street looking at something they were carrying. When he went out to look, all the pretty, shiny, polished stones were gone.  
They have some sentimental value to us so if your kids have come home with polished stones please message me. We would like them back!

With how parents are today, I'm sure their parents will be more upset you told them to put them down than they stole them.
