Manitoba hydro office drop boxes does that mean the slot on the left side of the main entrance on 10th St

Yes the slot in the wall to the left of the front doors is the drop slot. Just make sure if you use it that your envelope slides right down. Some people just place it in there without making sure its all the way down, and it has gotten jammed up in the past. (I work for hydro)

Checked the mail today to find a letter stating we can’t pay at our normal location.
Are they closing all the offices? Seems pretty crappy that you can’t get face to face service anymore.

Juggler99, where do you live? There was an announcement a number of months ago about some of the MB Hydro offices closing. We don't have one in my town anymore.

Not all offices are closed, they just won't be able to receive bill payments. The only office taking bill payments is at 360 Portage in Winnipeg.

Brandon, Killarney, Neepawa, Russell, Virden and Melita, are the only offices that still exist all other District Offices have closed.
