    Mitten and Scarf rope

    Last year there was a rope put up at the Global Market to hang mitts, scarves, or even jackets for whoever needed them. We went by today and did not see any ropes. Is this going to be done again this year or is there somewhere else to take them?

    But the Samaritan house would be a good place to take them if park isn't happening.
