Likely not worth much if anything at all. I used to own an abattoir and we didn't get anything for deer hides. That was a few years ago tho, so maybe worth a few bucks (no pun intended) now. Cattle hides done on the farm are usually discounted because they are usually not skinned properly (i.e.-head,etc.) You would be best to take to a local abattoir to find out.
