yesterday around 4 pm my son was on his bike crossing 1st street and Mctavish ave when a lady who was turning south hit the back tire of his bike and he went flying onto the grass with the bike landing on top of him. He is a special needs person and was in shock and not knowing what to do he just got on his bike and left before the lady driver had a chance to talk to him or see if he was ok. so no information was exchanged. Thankfully he was just shook up with a sore knee, but his brand new bike he got for Christmas has a bent back rim and will need to be fixed. Would this lady please contact the city police as of last night at 7:00 pm there was no report filed, or contact me ( mother )at 204 7248825 thank you
