Hey all, looking for a recipe for making homemade"smokies" sausages. Not the little cocktail ones, but the ones you grill over the campfire. Bavarian style usually from the stores. Can't seem to find one, and this seems like the group to ask. And yes, i have all the gear, grinder/stuffer/smoker etc to do it.
