War Time houses

I am curious about the average age of the houses in a certain area. It is the area between 18th street and 26th street, bordered on the North by Victoria, and on the South by Park Avenue. Is this an older area of Brandon? Would most of these houses be what are referred to as war time homes? What year would most of these homes have been built in?
Any help would be appreciated.
