United Grill/33-10th St.

Anyone have any early history of the United Grill? Or the location of 29, 31, 33 10th Street? I would like to find a site with the history if anyone has it.
Was an army barracks and furniture shop before it was a Grill. Also heard there was a dance hall and bowling alley in the building.
