I am busy researching Brandon and Westman history for the sequel to "New Beginnings". I have some really interesting plans and ideas to go into the next book but am looking for maybe some personal family stories ... diaries would be wonderful or stories passed down. I am hoping to find out more about Brandon and Westman's connection in the Battle of Batoche in 1885 (yes, Brandon did have a connection). Any ideas, suggestions, loans or views of materials, etc are gratefully accepted ... even if I have heard them before . Right now I am looking at history from 1883 to maybe 1890 (not sure how far this one will go yet) although older history can be written in too. Also there are plans of a series and material after the 1890's is great too.
