Were there previous Brandon City Hall locations?

I was just wondering, has Brandon City Hall always been at its current location? If not, what are some dates and previous locations? The reason I am curious, is that in today's Brandon Sun, there was a tidbit about a Personal care home being built beside city hall (I believe 40 years ago).
So what personal care home would that be?
